Performance of former Dance Factory student Kenneth Jones

Kenneth Jones (foreground) and James Hibbard (background) in Jin-Wen Yu’s “Sunlit Fields,” inspired by David Maraniss’ book, “They Marched Into Sunlight,” about two fateful days in October 1967. “Sunlit Fields” will premiere on Saturday, March 26, in the Wisconsin Union Theater.

Kendra Jorstad received her B.A. in dance performance from Point Park University in Pittsburgh. She began her Chicago dance career as an apprentice with the Joel Hall Dancers. During that time she became an original member of Chicago Tap Theatre. Kendra also teaches at many dance academies in the surrounding suburbs.
