Annual Registration:  $25 per Family

Weekly Classes (4x/month)

Pre I, II, III:  $60/month

Music/Voice:  $80/month
(1/2 hour private)

Ballroom: Individuals $65/month
Couples $120/month

Additional Class Hours

Any class running longer than one hour will be charged for the additional time at the individual student’s hourly class rate.

Payment

Your designated credit/debit card or checking/savings account will be auto-charged on the 1st of each month from September 2011 through June 2012 (Ten equal monthly payments). Tuition is non-refundable. Cash or checks are not accepted.

NSF Fee

A $25 service fee will be charged if your payment is rejected for any reason (e.g., expired card, NSF, card lost). It is your responsibility to notify the office promptly if your

Private Lessons: Please schedule all private lessons with the office. Fees are paid directly to the instructor at the time of the lesson. Studio tuition and fees must be current.

Class Level: Determined by the Director.

Class Changes: A class change can be made by filling out a class change form. No changes will be made without submitting a completed form. At the time any change not initiated by the instructor is made, a $5 fee will be charged to your account.

Make up Classes: Students are allowed to make up classes.

Withdrawal: Notice of termination must be made to the office five days prior to the last day of the student’s current term and must be in writing. Please request and use our withdrawal form.

Teacher Conference: You and your child are very important to us. Any time that you wish to speak with your child’s instructor, please leave a message with the office. Do not approach the instructor during or between classes. This will enable all students’ classes to run on schedule (Please understand that when you disrupt a class many students are affected.) Thank you in advance for your cooperation.

Dancewear/Bags: Please label all shoes & dancewear. Dancers should take all bags and personal items into the classroom. The studio is not responsible for missing items.

The Dancewear Boutique: Children are not allowed in the Boutique without an adult. Please DO NOT attempt to fit shoes on your own. All footwear must be fitted by our staff. Please ask for assistance. No food or beverages are allowed in the Boutique.
